What is EasyPay?

EasyPay® allows you to take advantage of one of the fastest growing methods of receiving monthly payments, automatic bank drafts.

Even with the best intentions, some of your customers will have difficulty making every monthly payment on time. You have two options; you can continue to wait for your money each month and hope you get paid, or you can enroll in EasyPay®.

EasyPay® insures that all monthly payments are received on time for each customer. Instead of wondering when your customers are going to send in their monthly payments, you are paid automatically by EasyPay® on time each month.

Why Use EasyPay?

On average, less than half of all monthly bills are paid by the due date each month, and many are not paid until much later. If you're collecting for services already rendered, you have an even tougher job. In today's loose credit society, many people see no pressing reason to stay current on bills owed for goods or services they consider non-essential. If yours is not one of the 'big three bills' (rent, utilities, or car payment) your bill often gets shuffled to the bottom of the pay pile. With EasyPay® no decision to pay or not to pay is required. It's automatic.

How Does it Work?

Using EasyPay® is easy and painless for both you and your customer. All your customer has to do is sign a onetime instruction letter we provide you, that tells us to enroll that customer in the program.

After a customer is enrolled in the program, once a month our special EasyPay® software will collect the payment that is due from that customer's account on the due date.

Your monthly collection activity can be tracked on our web site using your special client password. When EasyPay® receives notice of Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) on a customer account, or a notice that an account has been closed, you are notified. You will easily be able to keep up with customer payments for your in house bookkeeping.

Once you subscribe to EasyPay® we will provide all the forms, technical support, and staff training you need to get you up and running.
