Once EasyPay is contacted, an EasyPay staff member conducts a short interview with the management of the company looking for billing services. During that interview, EasyPay finds out which industry the company is in, what its current billing procedures are, the challenges it is facing with the current procedures, and then makes a recommendation to management.
Part of that recommendation will be for the company to do its own billing or to use a full service billing company. However, that final decision is left up to the management of the company. Since the billing companies recommended by EasyPay are fully automated, most companies choose to do the billing themselves and save about 75% of the money they have to pay for full service billing.
EasyPay is set up to save its clients time and money. It saves them time by doing the research for them to identify the billing company that most closely matches their needs. It saves them money by having established fees structures with various billing companies that allow EasyPay clients to pay less than they would have to pay if they negotiated on their own.
